• Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed the next working day

• Incomplete or unverified orders may be delayed or cancelled

Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 2–3 Working Days

• Other Cities: 3–5 Working Days

• Remote Areas: 4–7 Working Days

Delivery time may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping available on selected products (if mentioned)

• Otherwise, standard delivery charges may apply

• Exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.

• Customer must pay full amount at delivery

• Courier may not allow parcel opening before payment

• Please ensure availability on provided contact number

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

• Tracking ID will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp

• You can track your parcel through courier website

Delivery Attempts

• Courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times

• If customer is unavailable, parcel may be returned

• Re-delivery may require additional charges
